Auricular Medicine

Auricular medicine — the stimulation of the external ear without the use of needles — is a systematic way to evaluate and treat the body’s microsystems.

Sometimes it is referred to as “ear seeds therapy” because practitioners often use small seeds to apply pressure, instead of using needles

In China, auriculotherapy is a well-recognized medical treatment and many other countries also recognize its medical benefits. One recognized theory about how the therapy works suggests that stimulating certain nerves on the ear may send signals to the brain that create a “response” in the region of the body being targeted by the treatment.
